1.How do I sign up?
Signing up is simple. Click the button to register. Once you receive a confirmation email, you are officially part of our panel.
2.What is it like to be a participant?
As a participant, you will be invited to take part in a wide range of studies. These may focus on new products and services, prototypes, or your needs and experiences.
3.How do I receive my reward or gift card?
After you have completed a study and answered all questions, you will receive an email with your gift card. The amount depends on the length and type of the study, and you will always be informed in advance how much you will receive.
4.When will I receive my reward or gift card?
Within 7 working days after you have completed a study.
5.Why is the reward so generous?
We greatly value your feedback and aim to compensate all participants fairly for their time and contribution.
6.How will I be rewarded or paid?
We usually reward participants with gift cards that are valid in their country. You will receive the gift card digitally by email. The currency matches your country of residence. For example, participants in Denmark receive Danish kroner, in Sweden Swedish kronor, and so on. You can expect to receive your gift card within one working week after completing a study.
7.Can I complete a study on my mobile phone?
This depends on the specific test. It will always be clearly stated whether you need to use a mobile phone or a computer. Some tests are designed specifically for mobile, in which case you will need to download our software to allow screen recording.
8.Do you run studies in my country?
We conduct research worldwide, with a particular focus on the Nordics, Europe, North America, Latin America, and Asia.

10.Will I be recorded?
Yes. We conduct qualitative research, which means it is important that you have a microphone and a camera in order to participate in our studies.
