You get paid for your time. We reward you based on the specific study. Some studies are very broad and easy to complete. Others are narrower and demand a bit more from you. You always know the compensation for each study before you start.

1.How do I sign up?
It is easy! 🙂 You can sign up here by clicking on the Signup button and once you receive an email confirmation that you have signed up, you are part of our panel!
2.What is it like to be a participant?
We have many participants all over the world who participate in our studies every day. As a participant, once invited to different studies you will be able to share your feedback about many different products, services, mockups, and your needs. It is pretty easy, once we have a study that might suit your profile, you will receive an email with all the information and you will be ready to get started.
3.How do you send me the reward/gift card?
Once you complete a study by answering all the questions, you will receive an email with a gift card voucher (the amount depends on the type and length of a study. It is always communicated in intro email communication)
4.When do I get paid?
Within 5 work days after compilation of a study.
5.Why am I paid so much?
We appreciate your feedback and we want to compensate all our participants with fair rewards for their time.
6.How do I get paid?
We usually compensate in the form of gift cards that are valid in your country. They are delivered digitally to your email. Payments currency is adapted depending on where you live. The Danish market is compensated in DKK, the Swedish market in SEK, etc. You can expect to receive your compensation within a week of completing the test.
7.Will the study work on my mobile device?
Your choice of device depends on the specific test. It will be clearly stated what kind of device is required for the test. Some tests are for mobile in which case you will have to download the screen recording software for your phone.
8.Do you conduct research in my country?
We conduct research all over the world focusing on the Nordics, EUR; North America, LAM and Asia.
9.Why is "Sonar" displayed in the top corner?
Sonar and Preely belong to the same family and utilize a shared platform to ensure you have the optimal experience. Rest assured, you are in safe hands.
10.Do I have to be recorded?
Yes, as we conduct qualitative studies. Therefore, having a microphone and camera is essential for your participation in our studies.
